Jeremy Shean

Jeremy served as Head of Finance at Morpho Energy, a clean energy development platform. Previously, he was a Portfolio Manager at Lord Abbett, where he was responsible for investing in commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) and commercial real estate (CRE) loans while growing the portfolio to over $20 billion. Prior to Lord Abbett, he was a trader on the CMBS desk at Nomura where he managed a $400+ million trading book. Jeremy holds an MBA from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business, and a BSE in Computer Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell.

Eli Chess

Co-Founder & Managing Partner

Eli co-founded Three Trains Partners, a dedicated equity management platform that raises private equity funds and strategically invests in institutional-grade, value-add multifamily projects, commercial land banking, and hotel development deals. The multifamily portfolio includes 1,672 units and $436+ million in assets under management (AUM). He is a General Partner of funds that have invested in $41+ million in land banking projects in West Valley, AZ, and a $276+ million hotel development project in Miami Beach, Fl. Eli holds a BA with honors from Cornell University.

Adam Moriwaki

Co-Founder & Managing Partner

Adam built and managed multi-billion dollar

CMBS and CRE portfolios at Citadel, Hayfin

Capital Management, and Beach Point

Capital Management, where he held Portfolio

Manager and Managing Director positions.

Before transitioning to the buy-side, he led

structured credit strategy for the Global

Markets Division at Goldman Sachs. He also

developed trading and investment strategies

for the CMBS trading and capital markets

desks at Morgan Stanley. Adam holds an

MBA from the University of Southern

California, Marshall School of Business,

where he graduated at the top of his class,

an MPA from Columbia University, and a BA

from the University of Wisconsin.

Alanna Levine, MD

Head of Strategic Partnerships

Alanna Levine is a co-founder of Three Trains

Partners, an investment platform focused on

raising and deploying private equity across

high-impact real estate opportunities,

including value-add multifamily, commercial

land banking, and hospitality development.

At Long Sand Partners, Alanna leads the

retail investment platform and manages

strategic relationships across a broad

network of partners and investors, expanding

access to institutional-quality opportunities.

She holds a B.A. from the University of

Wisconsin, an M.A. from Boston University,

and an M.D. from the Sackler School of

Medicine.
